Формирование методологии криминалистики как научного знания

В данной статье показано формирование методологии криминалистики как научного знания. Рассмотрены основные этапы становления методологии криминалистики, которая в первую включает в себя определение таких понятий как предмет, задачи, объекты, принципы развития научного знания. Статья представлена в рамках конкурса на грантовое финансирование по научным и(или) научно-техническим проектам на 2024–2026 гг.
